RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, but if for some reason it doesn't work for you please refer to our policy below regarding returns!
CANCELLATION
-Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.
DAMAGES
-Any damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving.
RETURNS
-Returns are eligible for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of delivery date including holidays and weekends. (Delivery date is counted as day 1)
-Returns past the 7 day mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense.
-Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Please include your packing slip in your return to assure we can look up your order.
-Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
-Items purchased online cannot be returned to the store location unless you are local. If you choose to return in store, we will be glad to accept your return with a valid receipt and issue an online store credit via email once the return is processed with our online department. (This could take up to 3-5 business days)

-Store credits will be issued via email as a gift card only.

-PLEASE NOTE: All items on sale for any reason are considered FINAL SALE. These items will not be accepted for return: Sale items. Accessories, shoes, belts, swim, candles, Jewelry, sunglasses, bath products, and undergarments (including bralettes). Gift-cards.
EXCHANGES
-Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not accept exchanges. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing a new order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for store credit.
REFUSED/ UNDELIVERED ORDERS
-If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
-Undelivered orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
